Located out of town on the banks of the river the experience provides seclusion without detracting from the wildlife viewing.
The days can be spent on activities of your choice with game drives in the Chobe National Park and boat cruises on the river to view the prolific wildlife. Your guides will advise the best times of the day for the drives and cruises.
Aside from the wildlife activities there are nature walks in the area and fishing in the river to entice those wanting more. And when all is said and done, a wellness spa provides relief for any stresses of African safari life.
Day 1: Johannesburg – Kasane – Chobe
Today you begin your 4 day Classic Fly-in Chobe Safari. You will arrive in Kasane on a flight from Johannesburg and transfer to your safari lodge on the banks of the Chobe River. Relax and enjoy this wonderful destination.
Beautifully located in the area where the countries of Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Botswana come together, the lodge is the ideal setting for an unforgettable Botswana holiday.
Day 2 & 3: Chobe
The day starts early with a wake-up call and a light breakfast before heading out on a game drive into the nearby Chobe National Park, to experience the prolific wildlife the park is famous for. Renowned for its large Elephant concentrations, Chobe also has large populations of Buffalo and numerous antelope species which in turn attract predators.
There will be time for relaxation in the heat of the day during which time you can have a wellness spa treatment or while away the hours walking around the grounds in search of birds – or you may want to try your hand at fishing. The evening boat cruise affords you a different perspective of the Chobe wildlife and a sunset over the river is a never to be forgotten experience.
Day 4: Chobe – Kasane – Johannesburg
This is the last day of your Affordable Chobe Experience. There will be ample time for a morning activity to search for the animals that have eluded you before you return to the safari lodge for breakfast.
You will be transferred to Kasane to catch your flight back to Johannesburg O.R. Tambo International Airport, after a remarkable few days on safari.

This Classic 4 day Fly-in Chobe Package is for a couple sharing in en-suite accommodation inclusive of meals and game viewing activities, flights ex/to Johannesburg O.R. Tambo Airport with set departure days on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday in the late morning to Kasane, and the return flight to Johannesburg in the afternoon.
The Rates are based on the high season and may vary depending on the season and daily currency exchange rate. This package cannot be offered in February, please ask for alternative options.
